Trusts, Estates & Real Estate – Representing Buyers and Sellers in Estate Transactions and Estate Planning

This class is designed for practitioners of residential real estate and addresses a number of issues that the attorney should be aware of in connection with (i) estate planning techniques focused on real estate holdings as well as the administration of real estate holdings of a decedent and tax matters; and (ii) representing a buyer or seller in an estate transaction.

This course is appropriate for both newly admitted attorneys and experienced attorneys.
